Materials/Components
Nylon and polyester yarns used in our factory: 80% from mainland China and 20% from Japan and the Taiwan area.
Machinery/Production Process
We have 300 separate welter jet loom machines to produce products exactly meeting your specific requirements. We have warpers, sizers and auto-leasing machines, as well as other automatic machines.
We have invested over $3 million in manufacturing equipment. We have 15 calender lines and best CAD equipment. Located near the Shanghai harbor, our fully-automated factory enjoys convenient transportation.
